St. Marks, a preparatory school in the Boston, Mass., area, was in need of a new viewbook. With a new headmaster and a new marketing plan, the school needed to project a sense of education excellence and community living to two entirely separate audiences: parents and prospective students. After a number of focus groups and extensive research, a viewbook was created using numerous photographs and quotes from both past and current students and parents, in a stylish format that portrayed the school's long tradition of excellence, as well as a four-page section aimed at the kids, using a contemporary look that would most appeal to them.
